Program Operations

Senior Vice President of Program Operations

Chabad on Campus International is seeking to fill the newly created role of Senior Vice President of Program Operations. Reporting directly to the COO and serving as a member of the senior leadership team, this role will oversee the planning, execution, growth, and assessment of all COCI campus-based work—supporting both the organizational growth and student programming of its hundreds of global Campus Chabad Houses. The ideal candidate should have prior experience on a senior leadership team, experience overseeing program development and execution, strong supervisory skills, and experience working at the national and/or global level.

Advocacy

Advocacy Manager & Legal Liaison

Chabad on Campus International is seeking an Advocacy Manager & Legal Liaison to manage the Chabad on Campus Advocacy Campus Taskforce (ACT) Response Center, including coordinating legal support for students on campus, and other campus advocacy and advancement projects. We are seeking a candidate who is self-driven, has strong attention to detail, and who can thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Donor Services Manager

Chabad on Campus International (COCI) is seeking a Donor Services Manager to create and execute a donor prospect research and engagement program for the COCI development team to maximize involvement and align donor interests with organizational priorities. Reporting directly to the VP of Development, the Donor Services Manager will also serve as the liaison between the Executive Team and the COCI Advisory Board. The ideal candidate has prior experience working with boards and major donors and is proactive, self-motivated, and ready to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Student Engagement

Program Director

Chabad on Campus International is seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Program Director. This position is instrumental in enhancing the national program offerings for Chabad Houses on campuses. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills, have a deep understanding of program strategies for engaging and educating students, and be capable of overseeing a dedicated team. This position is perfect for an experienced youth director, educator, or program leader with proven experience in team management and project leadership to lead our dynamic and expanding student programs.

Student Engagement Administrator

Chabad on Campus International is seeking a motivated Administrator to join our Student Engagement team to manage the processes for all engagement program offerings, including communications, forms, funding management, logistics, and more. This position is perfect for a self-driven, organized individual with strong communication skills excited to support our dynamic and expanding student programs.
