The good news is that you don’t have to wait for the webinar you can enroll today and get set up at your own convenience.

ENROLL TODAY

Once enrolled, you can build your page and publish events for students to sign up in under 60 seconds!

The cost for the system is $99 annually with a 45-day, no questions asked, money-back guarantee (scholarships available on an as-needed basis).

The current RSVP system features include:

  • Customizable page per Chabad House
  • Customizable event description & image per event
  • COVID waiver and T&C capabilities
  • Capacity limits per event
  • User-friendly design
  • Basic seating plan capabilities
  • Student management screen with filtering and reporting
  • Manually adding or deleting of students
  • Shluchim & Student Email notifications
  • Public links to a specific event or a link to all your Chabad House Events.

Based on feedback the system will be tweaked as things go along. Current features under consideration are texting capabilities, upgraded seating charts, waiting lists, cloning events, ChabadOne integration, and similar.

Shluchim will have easy access to manage the system from the Shluchim portal with the same login used for all other COCI programs. Students will use their Chabad on Campus login which will save all their profile information . This is the same login that they use for Pegisha, JewishU, Your Israel (coming soon) & Sinai Scholars (coming soon), and eventually all COCI programs, so they would only need to enter their basic information the first time.

For initial screenshots of how the system will look, click here (Shluchim’s view) and here (student view).

All data collected via the system will be the property of the local Chabad house, subject to the COCI student data policy, and will not be used by COCI under any circumstances. Access will be limited to only those that need to support the system for Shluchim customer service.
