Jewish nonprofit plans new facility to replace Squirrel Hill party house

This house at 5118 Beeler Street close to the campus of Carnegie Mellon University is slated for demolition to make way for a new three-story structure for a Chabad of Carnegie Mellon, a nonprofit that provides a home-away-from-home facility for Jewish people at the university.
