Important: Immunization for the Kinus

Because of the current measles outbreak impacting numerous Jewish communities, we have consulted Rabbanim and medical professionals for advice on how to ensure that our Kinus will be an environment that is safe for all participants.
Following their guidance, we are only able to allow those – both adults and children – who are fully up to date with their immunizations, including MMR and boosters, to participate in the Kinus.
(Note that anyone born between 1957-1985 quite possibly did not receive second dose and should consult with their doctor re. their immunity)
We understand that there may be some families who choose not to vaccinate. Yet, due to the severity of the health risk involved, we are unable to make any exceptions to this policy.
If you have already registered, please fill in this form as soon as possible and no later than Monday, 15 Iyar, 5779, May 20, 2019, to confirm your Kinus attendance (only one form needed per family).
If in light of the above, if you will need to cancel your registration, you will be issued a full refund if you cancel before Monday, 15 Iyar, 5779, May 20, 2019.
We greatly appreciate your understanding.
Best wishes for a kosher and freilichin Pesach in good health,
