Purim is here, followed by Pesach and the extra financial pressures that come along with it.
For many years the COCI Shluchim Fund has been quietly providing support for the personal needs of Shluchim and Shluchos. This year this initiative was greatly enhanced with the leadership of a group of Shluchim and Shluchos, bringing the level of support – and the opportunity for anonymity – to a new level.
- Grants are distributed anonymously (only the requester (either a Shliach or Shlucha on the Committee or a COCI team member) knows the recipient’s identity).
- 100% of donated funds are sent directly to Shluchim. COCI sponsors all transaction fees.
As in previous years, a “virtual Mishloach Manos” is being sent to our premier partner, Mr. George Rohr, notifying him of donations made to the Shluchim Fund in his honor. Mr. Rohr has publicly expressed his appreciation for this unique gift.
Please be as generous as you can: $18, $180 or even $1800; every dollar will go directly to support the Chabad on Campus family. (Most helpful: Recurring monthly giving.)
