Thanks for covering the substantial costs involved in putting together such a high-quality production, including the prizes, tech system, syndicated websites, marketing, legal, and the many members of the COCI team involved in the Grand Draw.
Thanks to every member of the COCI team who had a role in the Grand Draw’s success. A special thanks to the COCI Grand Draw team who went above and beyond to support the success of this campaign:
- Miriam Minsky, Grand Draw Project Manager, drove this project forward and helped tie all of the many pieces together.
- Rabbi Levi Rabin, VP of Admin (tech all the way!), and the dedicated team at Bitbean, developed the website and back-end platform. Our tech team par excellence was on call 24/6 with software updates and support.
- Vanessa Goldberg-Drossman, Gabrielle Shaiman, and Elu Cynovich, Marketing Director, Marketing Manager, and Graphic Designer, distilled the branding idea and set up all the marketing resources.
- Leah Zucker, Customer Service Manager, provided constant and quick customer support.
- Rabbi MC Dubrowski and Rivka Batashvilli, VP of Finance and Controller, engaged a legal firm to create a legally compliant raffle in the US, UK, and two Candian provinces and set up direct transfer payments of all earnings to Chabad Houses as quickly as possible.
- Chabad One – Thanks to our friends at Chabad.org for developing a CRM integration for the Grand Draw on ChabadOne. This feature allowed your donor data from the Grand Draw system to sync with your ChabadOne CRM.
- Winners will be announced next Wednesday, 26 Av 5781 / August 4, 2021, at 1:00 PM ET in the newsletter and on the Grand Draw website.
- Due to popular demand, COCI will be sending all raffle funds via direct bank transfer ACH. We’ll be in touch if we do not have your bank account information on file. Look out for the funds between Tuesday, 25 Av 5781 / August 3, 5781 and Friday, 28 Av 5781 / August 6, 2021
