The Chazak Initiative is designed to support Shluchim and strengthen their Moisad, ensuring they operate at full capacity and effectively meet the needs of their students.
Resources include coaching grants, accountants, grant writers, administrative assistants, and continued education.
Chazak Spotlight: Coaching
Over the past decade, we’ve seen remarkable results with campus Shluchim and Shluchos who hire coaches to help them achieve their Shlichus goals.
The COCI Chazak Coaching Grant reimburses 50% of the cost, up to $2,500, for as many as 12 sessions, whether for performance, executive, capital campaign or fundraising coaching.
