Marketing & Communications
Chabad on Campus International (COCI) is looking for a growth-minded and digitally fluent Digital Marketing Director to own the strategy, quality, and performance of COCI's digital presence — including its website, SEO, social media, marketing funnels, and digital campaigns. This is a new senior role and an exciting opportunity to build COCI's digital marketing function largely from the ground up, with real ownership of the strategy and a clear focus on reaching new audiences and driving growth. The ideal candidate is a builder and finisher who is equally comfortable setting direction and doing the hands-on work to get there. You bring proven experience growing audiences through web, SEO, social, funnels, and digital campaigns, along with strong analytical skills and an instinct for compelling copy and creative. Fluency with AI tools like Claude and a track record of owning projects end-to-end are essential. This role is based in New York, NY, with a hybrid work schedule and a salary range of $125K–$150K based on experience.
