Chabad on Campus International is seeking a Development Coordinator to support the development department by managing the donor database, processing donations, coordinating donor acknowledgments, and assisting with essential administrative tasks for successful fundraising operations. The ideal candidate has 1-2 years of administrative experience, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and is highly organized and detail-oriented.
Chabad on Campus International is seeking a Development Executive Assistant to support the Development team, primarily working with the Chief Strategic Affairs Officer, as well as assisting the Chief Executive Officer and Senior VP of Development. This role involves managing communications and operations, with a focus on key foundations, institutional funders, and senior campus leadership. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience supporting C-suite executives, strong initiative, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with senior leaders.
Events
Chabad on Campus International (COCI) is seeking a Director of Events to lead and coordinate all aspects of event and trip planning, including logistics, vendor management, and participant experience. The Director will oversee all events and trips, ranging from intimate gatherings of 20 to large-scale events with 2,000+ attendees while ensuring alignment with the program vision. The ideal candidate will be a hardworking, solution-oriented leader with 5+ years of event management experience, who excels in managing a dynamic team, ensuring seamless event execution, and is skilled at multitasking, problem-solving, and improvising when necessary to ensure event success.
Student Engagement
Chabad on Campus International (COCI) is seeking a Director of Education to lead national educational initiatives, enhancing the educational impact of Chabad Houses and COCI. This role involves driving innovation in educational programs, collaborating with Chabad House Directors, and shaping the organization’s strategic growth. The ideal candidate will have a passion for Jewish education, a strong track record of leadership and scaling programs in the Jewish educational or non-profit field, and the ability to manage complex programs and teams in a fast-paced environment.
