Development
Chabad on Campus International (COCI) is seeking a dynamic, strategic, and results-driven Major Gifts Officer. This role offers an exciting opportunity to cultivate, secure, and grow major philanthropic support from individuals, families, foundations, and select corporations to advance COCI’s mission. Reporting to the Senior Vice President of Development, the Major Gifts Officer will serve as a key member of the senior leadership team, collaborating across departments to integrate fundraising efforts with broader organizational goals. The ideal candidate is a proactive, self-motivated fundraising professional with extensive experience identifying, cultivating, soliciting, and stewarding major donors at the $10,000+ level.
Chabad on Campus International (COCI) is seeking a Development Coordinator to play a key role in supporting the development department’s fundraising operations. This role is responsible for managing the donor database, processing gifts, coordinating donor acknowledgments, and supporting reporting and administrative functions essential to successful fundraising. The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of administrative experience, strong written and verbal communication skills, is highly organized and detail-oriented, and comfortable working across teams.
Student Engagement
Chabad on Campus International (COCI) is seeking a dynamic and strategic Director of Engagement to lead the development of innovative resources and initiatives that empower Chabad Houses to engage more Jewish students worldwide. This role drives the growth and impact of COCI’s engagement ecosystem - including immersive experiences, leadership opportunities, and digital engagement tools - while ensuring programs remain impactful and relevant. The ideal candidate is a creative thinker and strong decision-maker with proven experience in engagement strategy, team leadership, and project execution. A deep understanding of Chabad philosophy, Shlichus, and campus culture is essential. This full-time position is based in Brooklyn, NY.
