We are pleased to announce that we have just received 65% of this year’s Lamplighter payment from Mosaic United and you will be receiving a check in the mail for up to 65% of your grants in the coming days!
We are continuously working to ensure future funding. Presently, we are negotiating funds for next year (Year 4) and it does look positive that we will be able to secure funding. However, at this time, it looks like there will be a significant decrease in the amount of funding available across all providers for the coming year. So while we do expect the Lamplighters program to continue, the number of grants will likely be reduced. Simultaneously, we are working on another contract for years five, six and seven so you will be able to plan much further ahead. As soon as we have an update, we will be sure to keep you informed.
