It All Started with the Grand Draw

Story: Last year someone unexpectedly bought 5 tickets which, to me, was an indication to pursue them as a potential bigger donor. I stayed in touch and they gave $1860 in the 12 months since. I had a meeting with them last week and they pledged to give $18,000 next year BH in dedication of something in the Chabad House.
It all started with the Grand Draw.
