Bursting at the seams, Chabad at Rice moves Sushi Social outdoors

Chabad at Rice is going bigger – literally – for its fall 2025 semester kickoff. On Thursday, Aug. 28, more than 120 Jewish students from universities across Houston are expected to gather at the Chabad Jewish Student Center for the much-anticipated Sushi Social, hosted by Rabbi Shmuli and Nechama Slonim.
