Chabad Houses outside these countries may sell tickets to donors who are legal residents of the U.S., Canada, or the UK. Donors from other countries will not be eligible to win the prizes. The prizes will be listed in US dollars, and donations will be received in US dollars. COCI will distribute Grand Draw earnings via direct deposit after the draw concludes. |
