Chabad Breaks Ground For New Center at University of Kansas

After 18 years on Shlichus at the University of Kansas, Rabbi Zalman and Nechama Tiechtel broke ground for a $6 million, 10,000-square-foot building. Attending were Chancellor Dr. Doug Girod and Dean Rick Ginsberg.
