JewishU
An educated Jew is an empowered Jew.
Here is what JewishU has for you this year to help you increase your students’ Jewish knowledge and Jewish pride.
-
$100 first-course bonus
To help increase Jewish pride through enhanced Jewish education, students will receive a Jewish Pride bonus $100 gift card after completing their first course of the year. Both new and existing students are eligible. -
Teacher’s grants
In order to boost course offering capacity, JewishU offers $400 grants to hire someone from outside your Mosad to teach a course.
Special for this year, for Chabad Houses teaching 5+ courses, this grant is available even when the Shliach or Shlucha are the teachers.
For example: if a Chabad House teaches 5 courses = $2,000, 6 = $2,400 etc., up to $4,000 per Chabad House. (At least 5 students must complete the course to qualify). -
Grand Trip: Israel YourWay
The 16 credit (four-course) trip reward this year is a ticket to Israel (up to $1,000 value)! -
Platinum Trip: International
The structure for the platinum trip reward is changing so that the airfare is earned separately from the trip, allowing students to earn the trip for less credits, and either have more time to earn the airfare or pay for it themselves.- Redeem 24 credits (6 courses) to unlock trip registration.
- Redeem another 4 or 8 credits (1-2 courses) to receive $400/$800 travel reimbursement.
All credits for the trip/airfare need to be earned within one school year.
