Speed dating event this Sunday with Met@Chabad

Met@Chabad is a CYP project in consultation with COCI and Campus Shluchim.

THE 3 COMPONENTS OF MET@CHABAD 

Met@Chabad will prepare singles to date for marriage, assist in matching them up, and I”YH facilitate marrying them off.
1. The first step is to educate young adults on how to start “dating for marriage,” what a Jewish marriage really is, and how to build and maintain a healthy relationship. Professional courses and seminars will be taught by shluchim and world-renown speakers online and at hundreds of Chabad on Campus and CYP chapters worldwide.

2. A newly-created matchmaking algorithm, based on Jewish, family, and personal values, is being developed by a team at Yale University and will be powered by professional matchmakers on behalf of students.

3. Training for Shluchim and Shluchos will be provided on how to coach community members through dating and provide them with wedding resources for when a match is made.

MET@CHABAD SPEED DATING – THIS SUNDAY!

As announced yesterday in the weekly updates, a virtual speed dating event for singles will take place this Sunday, 27 Iyar / May 9 at 9:00 PM ET. Singles can register at: coronacrush.co/metatchabad. Registration will close TODAY at 8:00 PM ET.

LIVE SHLUCHIM/SHLUCHOS WORKSHOP WITH RABBI SHAIS TAUB

This Monday, 28 Iyar / May 10, at 2:00 PM ET, Rabbi Shais Taub will lead a 90-minute live workshop for Shluchim/Shluchos on how to advise our students and alumni through the process of marriage.
