PESACH IN NUMBERS

Network-Wide Pesach Summary

Thank you to all of the Shluchim and Shluchos for their hard work in making a successful Pesach.

To quote a Shliach, “One student from Chicago said during the Seder, ‘I learned more about Judaism in the last hour at the Seder than in the last 10 years!’”

Another Shliach reported that one student said he would never have been able to keep Pesach if it were not for the meal plan.

There are so many stories, and the impact you’ve made is unimaginable.

Thank you to all who submitted your Pesach numbers, stories, and pictures. A total of 86 Shluchim responded to our post-Pesach survey. From those Shluchim, we were able to extrapolate network-wide totals:

  • 43,372 Matzohs were distributed to students, faculty, alumni, donors, and community members this year — a 26% increase from last year (5780)!
  • Thousands of students attended a seder: 5,905 students came to the first seder and 3,954 students came to the second seder.
  • 1,330 students came to a seudas Moshiach.
All of the statistics and stories will be sent as a collective Duch to the Rebbe.
