We are currently building our Chabad Cares student RSVP system to help manage capacity limits at Chabad on Campus events. In the meantime, we recommend creating a Google form with relevant collection information. RSVP system features will include:

Based on feedback the system will be tweaked as things go along. Current features under consideration are texting capabilities, upgraded seating charts, waiting lists, and similar.
Shluchim will have easy access to manage the system from the Shluchim portal with the same login used for all other COCI programs. Students will use their Chabad on Campus login which will save all their profile information (the same login that they use for Pegisha, JewishU, Your Israel & Sinai Scholars, and eventually all COCI programs) so they would only need to enter their information the first time.
Expected in time for the upcoming Yomim Tovim, cost for the system is $99 annually with a 45-day, no questions asked, money-back guarantee (scholarships available on an as needed basis).
